My body totally hates flour and sugar (especially flour)...so why do I eat it? Silly me. I don't...but I did....and the detox does feel good..like a weird sort of lightness. (or...maybe that is just the sugar and gluten leaving my pores). LOL <br /><br />Freeze stuff.....far away in the back of the freezer. That can help.
